Order Dispatch
· Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 3:00 PM on business days will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff will be dispatched the next business day.
· Delivery Times: Deliveries occur only during business hours, Monday to Friday. There are no deliveries on weekends, public holidays, or outside standard business hours.
Customer Responsibilities
· Ensure the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate.
· CDL Tech is not responsible for delays or lost shipments resulting from address changes after checkout or customer errors.
· Customers will be responsible for any additional fees if an item is returned to CDL Tech due to:
o An incorrect delivery address.
o Unsuccessful delivery attempts.

· We currently offer shipping to New Zealand via NZ Post from our Australian warehouse.
