Return Policy

Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days of receiving your item. This means you must request a return within this period.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

· Be in the same condition as received.

· Remain unused and in its original packaging.

· Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

· A return shipping label.

· Instructions on how and where to send the item. Note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if:

· The item is defective or damaged.

· You received the wrong item. We will assess the situation and work towards resolving the issue promptly.

Exchanges

To exchange an item:

1. Return the original item as per our return process.

2. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status:

· If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days.

· Refunds may take 1–2 weeks to reflect on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
